Delivery of email readings and digital psychic portraits are usually received within 48 business hours (not including weekends and bank/public holidays) and may, in rare instances take up to 72 hours. If you have not received you item by this time, please check your spam/junk folder.

Due to their bespoke nature, we cannot accept returns on email readings and digital psychic portraits.

Original Artwork Psychic Portraits - Delivery:

Please note, original artwork portraits are unfortunately NOT available to EU residents. We can only supply digital jpg. portraits to those living in EU countries.

Original artwork psychic portraits are usually dispatched within 2 business days of their completion. Expected arrival times after posting are as follows:

UK 3-4 working days

REST OF THE WORLD (non EU) 6-12 working days.

Original Artwork Psychic Portraits - Returns:

Due to their bespoke nature, we cannot accept returns on original artwork psychic portraits.
