Psychic Services

UK law states that all psychic services advertised on this site are solely for entertainment purposes only. You must be 18 or over and have good mental health to use any of the psychic services advertised. See ‘Disclaimer’ listed below on this web page for further information.

Email Readings

You must be 18 or over to order an email clairvoyant reading. Email readings are sent to the customer within 48 hours (but usually sooner), excluding weekends and Bank Holidays which may take longer. Very occasionally it may take up to 72 hours to receive your reading. Please check your spam/junk inbox in case your reading has gone there. We cannot answer questions on Health, Pregnancy, Legal or Financial matters. Due to their bespoke nature, unfortunately we cannot give refunds on email clairvoyant readings. All payments are made via secure online payment.

Psychic Portraits

Please note: Original artwork  psychic portraits are not available to those in EU countries, but you can order the email digital option instead.

You must be 18 or over to order a  psychic portrait. Jenny will aim to complete your portrait within 48 hours business hours of ordering, but in rare instances can take up to 72 hours. All countries: please allow 48-72 business hours to receive your digital portrait by email. Your original artwork (if ordered), will be posted within 2 working days of completion. Please allow the following delivery times (after posting): UK 3-4 working days,  REST OF THE WORLD (excluding EU countries) 6-12 working days.

Negative Entity/Energy Removal (House Cleansing)

You must be over 18 to order a House Cleansing. Jenny will aim to start your cleansing within 48 hours business hours of ordering, but in rare instances can take up to 72 hours. Before Jenny begins the cleansing she will email you with a list of questions regarding your property and cannot complete the order without your response. Please allow 48-72 business hours to receive confirmation by email that the cleansing has been started. The process may take a few days to complete. Due to their bespoke nature, unfortunately we cannot give refunds on Negative Entity/Energy Removals. Please note that Jenny Pugh/www.jennypughpsychic.com do not guarantee any specific outcome for this service, all negative energy removals are performed in good faith. All payments are made via secure online payment. By ordering a Negative Entity/Energy Removal (House Cleansing) you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Jenny Pugh and Jenny Pugh Psychic.com from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of the Terms of Use or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Non Delivery of postal items

Unfortunately we have no control on items posted to you once they are in the hands of the postal service, therefore, we cannot be held liable for non-delivery of any items posted to you, unless you choose the ‘Signed For’ postage option during the checkout process. Using the 'Signed For' service means that your delivery can be tracked and traced to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our email readings, psychic portraits and negative entity/energy removals, we are unable to offer refunds on these products and services as they are bespoke and produced especially for you.

Mailing List

Those who have registered to our newsletter service by email will be able to unsubscribe at any time. You will see an option to ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email we send you. Once unsubscribed your email will be removed from our database.

Jenny Pugh and www.jennypughpsychic.com reserves the right to refuse to complete any orders (by email or in person) that we deem unsuitable for whatever reason. These orders will be refunded.

At public appearances and stage shows, Jenny Pugh reserves the right to refuse admission, to effect or cause to be ejected from the facilities any person or persons displaying inappropriate behavior, drunkenness, deliberate disregard for the facilities’ rules and regulations, creating excessive noise or disturbance or engaging in any activity that creates or results in a potential threat to public health or safety. Refunds will not be issued in this case.
